Turn off lights, leave heat pumps on the setting you found comfortable during your stay,
Unplug the heated towel rack in the bathroom if you use it.
Leave the doors unlocked and the keys on the kitchen counter

Greetings! We are Fran and John Marino, retired teachers from local schools here in Vt. Our four children are grown now and have left the nest which leaves us more time to pursue our love of the outdoors and spend more time with our four grandchildren

Living on Deming Pond with a backdrop of the Green Mountains is more than we could ever ask for.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage has a real Vermont feel. It is rustic, cozy and makes for a perfect getaway.
