The two bedrooms are warm and inviting, and the full bathroom offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside, nature takes center stage, trees, birdsong, and fresh Vermont air.
Located just down the path from the main Green Haven home, this cottage can be reserved on its own or alongside the main house for larger groups. It’s the perfect setting for family visits, creative retreats, or anyone craving a slower pace in beautiful Southern Vermont.

Accessible with smart lock; no contact with host required.
You'll be able to access all living/sleeping areas aside from the north end of the house (everything shown in the pictures).

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: The main floor has central air. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: Your pups are welcome! There’s a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax for one dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional. We kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that owners clean up after them. Please note: we can only accommodate small dogs up to 30 lbs. Planning to bring a bigger pup? Just reach out before booking so we can check with the homeowner. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
