It is in the same neighbourhood as the Hilton, Hotel Dann and Hotel Caribe. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, Wrap around Balcony and a terrace with a 9 person whirlpool with amazing views of the sea/ beach area, a fully equipped kitchen. It features Six independently controlled mini split air-conditioning systems, towels, linens, iron and hot water. Six Flat TV screens, free Wireless internet access. There is also a common area pool in the same building including a children's swimming area and miles of beaches within a short walk. Controlled garage parking for two cars. As an option a Maid can cook, clean and wash daily for about $15-22 US or take a $4.00 U.S taxi ride to the old city (7 to 10 minutes) and enjoy the fabulous restaurants, shopping and the nightlife. Please let us know if you require a baby playpen and or a high chair. It is available upon request at no extra charge. There is a $65,000 Colombian pesos ($17.00 approx. USD) total (not per Guest) fee for the initial arrival registration charge for up to 12 Guests. For Visitors/ Guests that are not registered at the initial arrival time of arrival there is a $65,000 Colombian pesos ($17.00 USD approx.) registration charge per visitor/person. Guests to be of legal age to Register (18 Years old in Colombia and Colombians also have to have a Cedula). If Parents are traveling with minors (under 18 years old) to be accompanied by the parents, if not to have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/ stay with the Adult registering. Los huéspedes deben ser mayores de edad para alojarse en nuestra propiedad (18 años en Colombia y tener un documento de identidad valido, como pasaporte, cedula o licencia de conducir). Si los padres viajan con menores de edad, deben tener el certificado de nacimiento donde se especifique la relacion con el menor. Si los menores de edad van acompanados con adultos que no son los padres, deben tener una carta notariada donde se especifique que estan autorizados para viajar y tomar cuenta del menor o en su defecto el documento legal que los autoriza como tutores del menor.
Ningun menor de edad esta autorizado para quedarse dentro del apartamento sin la supervision de un adulto responsable. Huéspedes de Venezuela necesita pasaportes.
