Host was very helpful. House was amazing!! Right on the beach! The view was addictive. Plenty of very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Very clean and in great shape. I would book this house every vacation if I could afford it.

House was beautiful! Amenities were as described, fully stocked kitchen, paper products, linens. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, although not listed. Very appreciated! Everything was top quality. Spacious, lots of room for a large family. Nice oceanfront location, short walk to the beach. Our family had a great, memorable vacation week at OIB Chillin. Game rooms were fun; foosball and pool table provided great game times! Lots of pool toys, including the in pool basketball hoop. Cornhole in the shade by the pool was nice, too. Plenty of seating by the pool, both in the sun and in the shade.

Over the many years I've rented vacation homes, this is THE first time any home has supplied enough beach chairs and boogie boards for the entire group! Along with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space to enjoy various activities, lots of games, tv's galore and comfortable accommodations, it's a winner. Thank you!

Beautiful property on the beach and easily fit our extended family of 16! Pool was great to refresh in after a day at the beach! Kids really loved it! Elevator was nice to have for loading in and out.Host was very responsive to our inquiries! Will keep on our list for future visits!

The house has everything for a great family vacation!! The house is stocked!! View is perfect. Pool to beach is ideal. Only thing to pack is bathroom amenities.
