The guest bedroom includes a cozy queen-sized bed, while the second guest room features a versatile sofa bed and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or relaxation. Each bedroom is designed to provide privacy and comfort for all guests.

The living room boasts plush, reclining sofas, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The open-concept layout flows into a spacious, modern kitchen perfect for hosting, with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a large island for casual dining, and plenty of counter space for meal prep or entertaining.

Step out onto the oversized lanai, where you’ll find a comfortable seating area and a BBQ grill, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine. With no direct views into neighboring lanais, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy in this beautiful retreat.

You’ll also have access to over 40 executive golf courses and numerous recreation centers throughout The Villages with a Temporary Resident ID (a $50 fee paid directly to The Villages).

Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
