We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was in excellent condition and felt so comfortable and welcoming. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and all of the amenities worked perfectly just as advertised. You can tell the hosts really put thought into making the place enjoyable for their guests. We had such a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Enjoyed staying here. We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday & every room was accommodating for my family. Very clean! Host communicated very well and in a timely manner. For our next Orlando trip, this house will definitely be our go to! It’s a 10/10 for me!

A beautiful and spacious home for an amazing price. Owner was extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. Pet friendly which was a huge bonus for my family. I definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Excellent vacation rental for a big group

This was by far the smoothest vacation in our 32nd annual family trip to Florida. The host responded in a timely matter every time and was very helpful, making sure me and my family was comfortable during our stay.. we had a blast and id definitely recommend this rental property

This house is great! Plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is great for cooking and living area is large enough for everyone. The movie room and game room is great for the kids! The resort was a day of fun with fun activities for the kids. We will definitely stay here again. Tj was very informative and great with communication!

Disney family vacation

Family of 8 stayed on property to visit Disney. TJ the host was very responsive. Disney was about 20 minutes away. Property had plenty of entertainment within the house and on the property. Good location and entertainment for the family

The host T.J. was very accommodating. You can reach him at any time. And he responds in a timely manner. His home was equipped with all the latest games, kitchen supplies, TVs, remotes to all tvs up and downstairs. He had toilet paper ,paper towels. Hand soap and many more amenities. Our family truly enjoyed ourselves. And definitely will be back.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The screen had a tear that we were worried about mosquitos getting in and we called the host and when I say the repair man was immediately there...he was!! Had it repaired in no time. The air hockey machine had a minor issue and that was resolved so quickly also. The host offered to buy us some wine or something to make up for the inconvenience, but honestly things were taken care of so quickly there was no inconvenience. The resort ammenities were vast and we couldnt get to them all. The community itself was so nice, everyone was on vacation so everyone of our neighbors were having a great time too. Our grandchildren had the best time as did the adults. Couldn't begin to cover all the wonderful things this house had to offer. Once again, Excellent!

The house we originally booked cancelled on us one day before our trip. I reached out to TJ and booked this one at the last minute. TJ was fantastic to deal with and the house met our needs perfectly. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with supplies that the first house would not have made available and the bbq is free to use - unlike many houses we saw listed. Our group of 17 enjoyed time in the game room between park visits, and the theatre was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. The only challenge we had was that sound carried clearly throughout the house, but it didn’t seem to prevent children from falling asleep at the end of busy days. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a disappointment

Everything I wanted to include in this review was too long, and the photos documenting all the issues we encountered were numerous. Our family vacation at this house was disappointing and got worse each day. Despite paying 5,000, we faced too many problems. The property manager offered a 350 credit, which felt insufficient. I am considering further action, as this experience ruined our family vacation. I am still troubled by everything that happened.
