About this property

This park-model cabin was recently updated in the summer of 2021 with a second bedroom and bathroom, new furnishings in the living area, stylishly decorated, and new spacious decks outside! A Payton Place even offers an old school arcade system! Enjoy the new 42-inch flat screen in the living room, as well as TVs in the bedrooms with over 100 HD channels, plus 5G wireless internet.

Master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and queen size futon! There are two full bathrooms, one with a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easily cooking meals for family and friends. The living room has fashionable leather couches (1 is a sleeper sofa) and a flat screen TV over an electric fireplace.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of shopping in Pigeon Forge or hiking in Gatlinburg and roast s’mores over the fire-pit by night. Surrounded by nature and located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, A Payton Place is the perfect place to start your Smoky Mountain Vacation with friends or family, including your 4-legged friends and family.

Great cabin!

We loved the cabin, guest service, and it was great that they are dog friendly. I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

Loved it

It was a beautiful place. Hot tub was nice and clean. The only downfall I didn't like were all the millipedes everywhere. Couldn't walk around without shoes on because we didn't want to step on one barefoot. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay. We would love to return for another visit in the future. Thank you for making our stay feel more welcomed.

Great little cabin in the woods!!

I went with my daughter, her boyfriend and or fur baby and it was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The gates on the deck kept the dog safe and there was plenty of space in the back to hike and let her run (we found out she is part mountain goat on the steep hills). Right between PF and Gatlinburg. We were there for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back!!

Tight quarters

Property was very small and only one bathroom is a challenge. Beds all need updating as they were very worn and not comfortable. Needs some TLC to repair a few things like the rear sliding door that doesn’t lock, just use the stick in the door to secure it.
