The townhome is only 1 mile from downtown Saranac Lake, 15 minutes from Lake Placid and 45 minutes from Whiteface Mountain.

The space
Experience a cozy and intimate stay at our two-story cabin in Ampersand Bay Resort, offering stunning views of the lake from two balconies. The wooden furniture and colorful lamps create a warm ambiance as you step into the living area, dining section, and fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a drip coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove top, dishwasher, sink, and a large fridge with freezer - perfect for cooking your meals.

The bathroom, complete with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower with railing, is conveniently located near the kitchen. Step out onto the balconies to take in the breathtaking views of the landscape and lake, especially during sunset.

The cabin boasts two bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the second floor featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Walk down the hall to find the second-story balcony. The first-floor bedroom has two twin beds, both bedrooms include a closet and nightstands.

For your convenience, the first-floor bathroom is fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
Guest access
The Oak Cabin is located on the Ampersand Bay Resort property. From the parking area, your cabin is accessible by walking up the entryway sidewalk which will take you to the main door of the cabin. Guest's have full access to the private beach, canoes and kayaks and hiking paths on property.
Other things to note
Let us know if you are bringing a dog, there will be an additional $25 per day per pet charge. Max 2 dogs. This can be paid through a request through Airbnb.
