Hot Tub and Pool Table covers must be in place, with Hot Tub cover properly secured.

Trash must be properly secured in bearproof Trash bins.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You must provide your vehicle information, and a copy of your driver's license within 24 hours of booking. Gated access is required for this property.

Please become familiar with instructions for pool table and hot tub usage prior to utilizing these amenities.

Any damages to property or items must be paid for by traveler. Any evidence of pets or smoking will result in immediate eviction without reimbursement

We absolutely loved this cabin, we’ve stayed in several over the years and this was the best one so far!! Soooo clean and nice, fully stocked with everything you need. The hot tub and pool table was our favorite. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the calm, quiet, private area. The cabin was nice, clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! The host responded quickly and was so easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location

Great location away from but short drive to the parkway. Very clean and great host! We had an issue with checking in, and she took care of it immediately. She was always available for us, and would recommend a stay in their beautiful cabin!

Worst host we have ever experienced right from the start. She demanded information from the beginning instead of saying thank you for renting my place. We were Taken back how she was right away. There is construction going on all around her place. Both places next to them. We were woken up at 7:30 am to chain saws and trees being taken down. When we reached out to tell her she said she didn't know there was constructio and we should of told her about the construction when we got there. We didn't know it was going to be so loud. She said "She doesn't live around there and that most people would be up by that time. They usually don't sleep on their vacation." She said she is working and doesn't have time to deal w this. We asked for a refund. She made it to be all our fault. Lady acted extremely narcissistic and should absolutely Not be a host. You have to care about the people's experience. It's their vacation and took time off of work. If you are too busy and think people should be up at 7am on their vacation and also deal with construction you should not have your vacation rental up for rent. She gave us 2 stars because we didn't want to spend our vacation listening to a house being built and trees chain sawed. She takes no responsibility. It is what it is. We rented another place and enjoyed ourselves with a great host. Everything happens for a reason. She didn't give us a full refund. Its not our fault your neighborhood is under const. That's your responsibility

Beautiful Cabin

Cabin was exactly as listed. Check in was easy. Getting to the cabin was steep, but not difficult. Everything worked as it should. Only small issue we had was the driveway being new caused the gravel to be loose. I drove a large diesel truck and it sank in a bit. Just needed 4WD to pull out. Not a knock on the property at all. It will compact with time.

March Vacation

My wife and I booked for her spring break and this was our first stay at this cabin. I can sum up our trip by saying I would give more stars if they were available:). The house is very new and the listing represents the property very well. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the gas grill works perfectly. We spent most of our time at the house between the hot tub and the pool table, which both are in perfect condition. The view from the cabin in early March is fantastic and we are anxious to book again when the trees are full of leaves. The cabin is in a community but still very private. Access is easy and the host helped us with trailer parking at the community center. We stay in the area 2-4 times per year and have been doing this for the past 4-5 years... this was my personal favorite so far. Everything is as described, everything works as it should, and it is very clean. I really can't say enough about the property! The host was fantastic to work with and responded to all messages quickly. We will be staying here again for sure!

I booked this property very last minute and relied on VRBO’s filters without fully reading the description. I acknowledge that I mistakenly brought my dogs to a no-pet property.My oldest daughter and her partner also decided to join us at the last minute. I emailed the host the required information for my daughter. The host said it was too late to add her because it was a holiday weekend and she no longer had access to make the change. My daughter was already on her way, so I told her to use the parking pass we had already paid for. She entered without any issue.When we arrived, the cabin thermostat read 80 degrees. The HVAC could not keep up, and we found the air filter was extremely dirty/gray. I notified the host that we would be moving to a larger cabin the following night. I never requested a refund, discount, or compensation for the inadequate air conditioning.We stayed only one night of the five-night reservation.The host has sought a 500 cleaning charge and has accused me of trying to get a “free vacation,” “sneaking” unauthorized guests in, and claims to have thermostat photos from our “entire stay,” which have not been provided. I accept responsibility for bringing the dogs, but I dispute the inaccurate characterization of my conduct. I did not request a refund for the unused nights or conceal my daughter’s presence.

This guest booked the day before arrival and broke every rule we have in place, denying that pets were brought to our pet-free property. The damage deposit retained didn't even pay for the deep cleaning - the entire cabin had an enormous amount of hair. The AC worked just fine - we have screenshots of it at 72° throughout the stay. Over a week past departure and this person continues to harass me daily - OWNERS BEWARE of this deceptive traveler. Sadly, we occasionally deal with people who don't seem to have good character.
