Great property. My kids didn’t want to leave. We had a small issue with obtaining a call back for missing linens for the pull out, but it was resolved.
All in all, a really great place.

We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at Skinny Dippin and hope you will visit us again soon!
My sister and our spouses brought our kods, hers ages 6 and 8 mine 13 and 15, everyone had an absolute blast! The lower levels got a little chilly so the fireplaces came in very handy! The pool and hot tub were a hit!! The drive up was a nerve racking, but the guys amd kids loved it, of course! Our only complaint/suggestion would be it would be alot more convenient if the hot tub were on the same level as the pool! Also the 3rd floor blacony does need to be replaced, but we didnt mind as there so many other great views!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Ok stay
The cabin was nice overall when we arrived they told us it was clean and ready but we had to wait for cleaning people to finish cleaning and they had a hvac guy there installing a new thermostat so the house was 85 stayed hot the hole time they limit the ac to 70 and the house never got cooler than 75 it was burning up the hole time the counter tops where dirty my wife had to clean them her self before we could cook we couldn’t use the master bedroom balcony the braces where rotted near into and really unsafe you can see where they tried adding screws to the wood but it’s rotted the hot tub was cold when we arrived and took till next day to heat up and the pool table was broke and the pockets was falling off all the tv wires where exposed and not kid safe over all it was a great stay just we paid a lot for all the things and we felt we was limited due to having to wait for everything we left a day early as the house was so hot at night we couldn’t sleep I would definitely stay again if all the stuff gets fixed really nice just needs a few fixes

We apologize for the issues you had during your stay and I can assure you that we are taking care of everything that was reported. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope you will visit the Smokies again.
Great possibilities - but still needs work to be considered "Luxury."
This cabin definitely has possibilities, and from reading previous reviews, it has already been improved.
The hot tub was great, arcade and billiards were fun, and the drive up there was not bad at all. The fireplaces were awesome, and the cabin even had a gas grill and Keurig as a bonus.
Overall, it was nice...but not what I could consider luxury or worth the price paid:
My biggest complaint was that the pool was too cold - someone else already noted this issue. Only two members of my family could stand it for even the shortest time. The MAIN REASON we got this cabin was negated for the majority of my family.
There was an unlocked door leading to a storage room with a large hole in the floor. I tried to close/lock this door but could not get it to stay and it sometimes opened by itself when other doors were used. 2 other doors to storage areas were also left unlocked. Next, the nightstand lamp and headboard were broken in the lower bedroom. All of these are potentially dangerous, especially for families with young children.
The cabin had 3 DVD/Blu-ray players - but no remotes for them. We could only use cable or streaming. The "Movie Room" has a nice TV, but just 2 regular couches that had to be moved for everyone to sit and see.
Finally, I would advise some kind of privacy screen at the hot tub - the neighbors' floodlights were always on and three BRIGHT lights shining into our eyes when using the hot tub at night.
So it's OK...but NOT what I call luxury.
Overall, the stay was a good one. The cabin was conveniently located and had decent amenities. It rained most of one day and we enjoyed just staying at the cabin. However, the cabin could use a little updating and a thorough deep cleaning. A shelf in the fridge was broken, the felt on the pool table was worn thin and dirty, sofa in the pool room had a broken leg. A little investment in upkeep would have made the stay perfect.

very nice BUT BEWARE OF POOL TEMPERATURE
Overall very nice stay. The home was very nice we loved the outdoor space as well as separate tv spaces for adults and children. The only negative of the home was the pool temperature. The main reason we rented this home was the pool area. The children ages 15, 17, 18 couldn't stay in pool longer than 30-45 min and it was even worse for the adults. My husband and I tried to swim and play with kids but we couldn't last longer than 15 minutes and that was including the time we spent under the heated water coming out of the waterfall. The pool was used only once by the adults and about 3 times by the kids with all of us running to the hot tub to warm up after getting out. We would have called and complained, but there were notes by all thermostats about temperature changes and extra charges so we just didn't use pool. If you are staying here for the pool please BEWARE. As a side note and not sure how you would correct the problem but the pool area was also very musty smelling even so far as the bathing suits smelling and had to be washed after every pool use. We are not familiar with a salt water pool and thought this was just a side effect.
We stayed at another home in Sevierville with a pool in the basement in May of last year and had none of these problems. (We actually spent the majority of our time in the pool area.) Very disappointing not being able to utilize the major aspect that drew us to this home, but we chose to do other outdoor water activities and had a great time anyway.
