The property was in a perfect location for our son's wedding at the Monastery! It was very spacious and clean. Nice, big kitchen. Bedrooms big and beds very comfortable! Difficult to find parking but that's typical in My Adams! Close proximity to Downtown and OTR. Would highly recommend this place!

The property has plenty of room for all the guests. Please read the Notes section of the listing, it’s street parking only and it was difficult to find a parking spot near the property.

It’s great to know the house had plenty of space for all your guests. Thank you also for your notes regarding street parking for future travelers. Hope to host you again next time you're in town!
Great location, plenty of bars/restaurants and a corner market within a block’s walk. Loved the views from the rooftop. Parking is a real pain in the area though.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for my friends and I. Most of the house was very clean but I noticed dirt and other things on the floor throughout. The second floor bathroom could use some cleaning as the ceiling and vent were quite moldy/mildewy. The kitchen, living spaces, and bedrooms were clean and tidy. The third floor deck felt a bit rickety and old, and we were disappointed that the roof was bare. With the weather it is understandable but it would have been nice to know the outdoor furniture on the roof was removed. The listing said parking is available but it is only street parking and can be quite crowded. We had people coming in from out of town who could not carpool, but would recommend bringing minimal cars if you can. It is a great walkable location to restaurants and bars in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We're so glad the home and its walkable location were a great fit for your group.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the cleanliness and the second-floor vent. We've shared your comments with our cleaning team so those items can be addressed right away.
Regarding the rooftop deck, it has always been intentionally left unfurnished but remains accessible for guests to enjoy the views. The outdoor furniture is located on the third-floor balcony, as shown in the listing. We apologize if that wasn't as clear as it could have been.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!
Loved the location. Easy access to downtown. With 4 floors plus a usable roof, there is plenty of living space. Four bedrooms also sets this property apart.
Stayed in Mt. Adams with my family, including my parents while we explored Cincinnati for a couple of days. The house has great bedrooms and tons of character. We had a great trip.
Lots of room options and gathering spaces in the house for a larger group. Great location in Mt Adams, but parking was a bit tricky- plan for that in advance
We had a group of 10 stay here for a concert at Paycor Stadium! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all (8) girls to get ready for the concert. Only downfall was parking in the busy neighborhood but once we found a spot we kept vehicle there and used Uber for the weekend! All in all was a great spot and would reccomend!
house was great for a group of couples to stay for a wedding at the Monastery nearby. Bars and restaurants within steps. All the beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was wonderful. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use some new furniture, but really the weekend was perfect! Would not hesitate to rent this location again in Mt. Adams!!!!
We came for a surprise birthday party at Mount Adams Grill and then came back to the house to play games and drink a little wine and had a great time. The next day we just walked around Mt. Adams and then explored a little, took naps and met friend for dinner at Mad Tree. We had a ball and everything was perfect! This house was perfect for the 6 of us!
Had a group of friends come stay in Cinci for Cubs Reds game, this was a great location for us and in a nice location with plenty to walk to. Parking was a little tight but we knew this going into the trip. Host was responsive and attentive, providing us with suggestions and plenty of information. Check out was amazing, I'm not a fan of having to semi clean a place when we are already paying a "cleaning fee" this was not the case.
