Quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Owner's take the time to decorate in a welcome way with plants and holiday decor. Back yard has nice patio furniture. Would recommend for couples on a budget.

Very nice, small, cozy house to stay for the two day we were in town. Pet friendly which was a big plus for us since we had our small dog with us and she enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We would definitely like to rent again the next time we are in Green Bay for a couple of days.

Perfect for a couple. Fenced yard for the dog was great. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Bed is very comfortable. Not a super fancy property, but it is clean and extremely comfortable. Owner is terrific re communication. Will definitely stay again.

Good pet-friendly home base to tour Green Bay

My partner and I had an easy time staying here--close proximity to restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood, and pet-friendly. Would recommend!One thing to note is that the yard is only partially fenced--it isn't one that you can let your dog in unsupervised.

Home is small but comfortable and close to downtown and Lambeau field. We should note that the steps to the side entry door are steep and small Also an immediate step as you enter the kitchen. No outside light over that door ( looks to be a security light but it didn’t work) or in the backyard which you can’t enter from the house. If physically challenged or elderly this may create problems.

Thank you for the feedback marianne. We will look into see why the light didn't work for the side door and we are looking to put a small railing on the side entrance soon. Also we never advertise the house to have access to the backyard from inside the house. Unfortunately there is just no way to put an actual patio door through the rooms just to walk in the backyard due to the structure of the home. I hope the next time you come back it will be better

This was a great place for us to stay while exploring Green Bay and Door County. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host went very well. Great place overall!

Nice little place, brought food to grill given fathers day weekend. So only complaints would be no grill at property, and a no TV in rooms other then the living area. Enjoyed my stay, kept busy enough so with only one TV was not a deal breaker. A grill would have been nice, but luckily I have friends that live there so we could still do some grilling. Kids enjoyed the big open field and had things close for them to enjoy the outside weather.
