Hotel was dated, dirty and front desk staff were rude and not welcoming. Upon further research, reviews were posted on bedbug infestation. We left and stayed elsewhere and request for refund was denied. Would not recommend.

Too crowded and the elevators weren’t working. However it was quiet. Folks on the 15th floor had bed bugs though my room was clean.
