Step into a piece of Reno history with this beautifully preserved 1940-built bungalow in the heart of Midtown. Full of character and thoughtfully updated for modern comfort, this cozy retreat places you just one mile from downtown and the scenic Truckee River and only a five-minute walk to some of Reno’s best restaurants, bars, cafés, and local shops.

Spend your mornings strolling to coffee, afternoons biking or hiking along the river, and evenings enjoying Midtown’s vibrant energy. This central location truly makes exploring the Reno–Tahoe area effortless.

Designed to honor the home’s original charm while offering modern convenience, every detail has been selected with comfort in mind:

• Stylish fixtures and décor that complement the bungalow’s historic character
• Thoughtfully curated furnishings for a restful, rejuvenating stay
• Indoor dining seating for six
• Well-equipped kitchen and cozy outdoor BBQ area
• HD flat-screen TVs, charging stations, and dedicated workstations with external widescreen monitors in each bedroom
• Soft, dimmable lighting throughout
• Queen-size foldout sofa for additional guests

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Reno. This charming 2ba 1ba home was so well appointed, quiet, cozy and clean. Our hosts did a great job preparing for our stay. Great instructions were provided that were easy to follow. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
