About this property
MidTown Reno Plumas Bungalow
Stay in this charming, 1940-built bungalow in MidTown Reno. Just one mile from downtown and the Truckee River, this short-stay home is a 5-minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, and the vibrant Reno scene. With Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Carson City, and ski resorts like Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak, and Palisades Tahoe all within a scenic 45-minute drive, this centrally located abode is the perfect base for exploring everything Reno-Tahoe area has to offer!
The space
• Fixtures and décor selected with comfort and design in mind, complementing the house's original character and the surrounding area
• Carefully curated furnishings throughout to ensure a restful and rejuvenating stay
• Soft seating for six in the indoor dining area
• Well-equipped kitchen and cozy outdoor BBQ space
• Business and leisure traveler-ready with charging stations, HD flat-screen TVs, and workstations/desks with external widescreen monitors in each guestroom
• Dimmable/soft lighting throughout
• Foldout queen-sized sofa in the living room for overflow guests/children
• Three-zone climate control system
• Small outdoor space with a cozy porch and bistro-style seating for four
• Privacy and security features include 6-foot fencing around the outdoor walkways/front porch, a locking pedestrian gate that requires a keycode to open, and a fenced ski/snowboard/bike lock area
• Dedicated off-street parking for one vehicle, accessible via a shared driveway/alley entrance (street parking is available for additional cars if needed)
• While dogs are generally welcome, the limited size of the outdoor area may be more suitable for smaller breeds or those that do not require a yard to play in. Additionally, please note that the charming, original 1940-built structure shares a wall with a newer property addition, creating a duplex-like configuration that maintains privacy and comfort.
To ensure our guests' needs are met in a reliable and timely manner, and every detail is cared for, this property is professionally managed by a full-service property/rental management company.
