Welcome to the rental with actual personality. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath North Florida getaway is the opposite of those bland beige listings where every wall says “Live Laugh Leave.” Here, vintage charm, modern comfort, and a little mischief come together to create a stay guests remember.

Sleeping up to 14 guests, plus a sofa bed, Pack ’n Play, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is built for family vacations, reunions, friend trips, and group chats that start with “we should totally do this.”

Outside, claim your spot by the private pool, unwind on the screened porch, or gather around the fire pit to solve the world’s problems badly. There is room to roam, breathe, and pretend you are moving to the country.

Inside is where things get interesting. The signature speakeasy-style dining room brings moody lighting, music-themed vibes, and just enough drama to make takeout feel elegant. Flip through the curated vinyl collection, fire up karaoke, and discover which member of your group should never hold a microphone again.

When it is time to sleep, premium mattresses and high-end linens make it dangerously easy to oversleep. A high-performance air purifier keeps the air fresh, because breathing cleanly is underrated.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from pancake breakfasts to midnight snacks and ambitious meals nobody finishes. Includes cookware, dishes, Keurig, blender, air fryer, and enough space for multiple chefs or one person giving orders.

Traveling with kids? We have the practical magic covered with a high chair, Pack ’n Play, and room for them to burn energy somewhere other than your nerves.

Accessibility features include step-free first-floor access, ramps, wide walkways, grab bars, shower chair, and bath chair for added comfort and convenience.

Pets are welcome too, because they are usually better behaved than at least one human guest.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all towels, (bath and pool,) in basket on dryer.
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start w/provided pod.
Assure all pool floats are rehung on hooks. Turn off all lights and lamps and lock front and back doors. Enable smart lock when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10p-7a. Visitors remaining past this time will be assessed additional $50/guest. Early/late check in/out $75 w/out approval
Parking must be on driveway or roadside only within the property bounds. Not on anyone else’s driveway, yard, roadway, etc.
No glass, food or pets in or near the pool.

This property is a lot larger than it appears, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Kids absolutely loved the pool area and very happy with the cleanliness and space of the overall home. Great area too only about 10-15min to all of the restaurants and shopping in the city. This will be at the top of our list for this area in the future.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Every little detail was already thought of, making it feel like a true piece of heaven near Tallahassee. It was clear the property is dog-friendly, with cozy beds, water bowls, and plenty of space for our pups to play. The backyard is absolutely magical; truly a retreat on its own.
