Great house and location, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was fabulous for what we were seeking, the place was clean and "as-advertised," ample parking, plenty of sleeping and living space, nicely-supplied kitchen, and good communication with the property owner. We would stay there again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Park House. The location is perfect. Minutes from campus and the downtown area. The house had everything we needed for cooking, hanging out and enjoying our time with friends. Would definitely stay there again.

Park House was a refreshingly Great stay! Very clean, spacious, with ample parking. Close to Everything. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. When we come back to Tallahassee - we are definitely staying here again!

Ryan's communication is excellent. The house is in a great location if you are there for an FSU event. It's very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will rent this again in the future.

It is a lovely home. We enjoyed its quaintness and old timey feel. The kids loved the games inside and out. It reminded me of my grandmother's home and that brought back great memories growing up.

Wonderful Stay!This home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The owners thought of every extra touch to make our stay special — from the fun game options like ping pong, skeeball, and putt putt golf, to the three different coffee makers (so everyone was happy!). The decor made the space feel warm and inviting, and the location was super convenient. Our host was quick to respond and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

Absolutely perfect

Gorgeous property. The home has so many wonderful touches making it a relaxing and enjoyable retreat in between work meetings and events. I would choose this place over a hotel every time. Extremely clean. Thank you, hosts, for a wonderful trip to Tally!

Beautiful home in a great spot in Tally

This house is the perfect home for a family that needs four rooms. Two spacious and well appointed bathrooms and fully accessible kitchen. There were so many things we could do just staying at the property. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and Ryan was accommodating. We were able to access everywhere we needed to go in Tally from this location. It was close to FSU, shopping, restaurants, and overall was easy to stay at while moving in our son to FSU. Definite do over.
