About this property
Luxurious 4 bed 2 bath in the city of Somerville/Cambridge|2min from GreenLine
This is our family townhome with two levels of gracious living space- so this can be your home away from home.
Fully renovated kitchen with dual islands. 4 bedrooms <2 kings and 2 queens> and a 5th room designed as private office. Two living rooms and an open layout style that welcomes a gas fireplace and a dedicated dinning table and eating area. With 2 full bathrooms, both with tubs and showers- a private washer and dryer in a full laundry-room off the kitchen. We have an abundance of child ready materials - including a full sized baby/toddler crib within the walk-inclose (more like a mini room) off the 3rd floor Primary bedroom. We also offer private exterior space with an exterior weather couch, pergola - and ONE off-street parking spot.
Both living rooms have a TV with fire-stick and/or Roku. With an open layout dining room off one living room and the kitchen wide open to view the whole floor. Our TV is a Samsung hub (essentially a giant ipad), next to a gas stove and gas oven. Our dishwasher is quiet, over-priced, but never dries a single plate! Our laundry room is off the kitchen and private to you.
TVs
[1] 1st flr living room: samsung smart TV & cable antenna
[2] 1st flr king room: my legendary Hitachi, still works, gives off heat and has fire stick
[3] Top floor living: Samsung with roku
[4] Top floor Primary: Samsung smart TV
[5] Top floor golden queen room: Vizio, no devices
Technically the fridge can grab video from any samsung device, we've done it for patriots games and babyshark stuff off YouTube/mobile phone.
The fridge TV worked well with galaxy Samsung based androids
The Samsung "Smart Things" app will also control all the samsung tvs, so you can manage from your phone on the home wifi/nearby feature.
KITCHEN
5 stool seating, mitered edge island, and additional island overlooking 1st floor living area (the one w/Fireplace)
Our dishwasher is expensive and yet is terrible at drying. The worst.
We do have garbage disposal (just run water when using)
There is 12 person 3x piece unbreakable set of dishware and bowls
And Square ceramic dish-ware [large and small]
various coffee mugs
flatware, some cooking pots and pans
oven mitts, cutting boards,
Trash and recycling barrels are hidden within the cabinet set.
We have gas cooking. Range and oven.
Fridge has water filter, it will tell you when it needs to change
Fridge also has ice maker
Fridge also has Apps/tv-tablet component
Laundry Room:
Top load, electric Samsungs
Also a spare fridge in the laundry room
AIR CONDITIONERS
Top floor:
both gas/floor board heat is controlled by Ecobee as is the AC
AC comes from ceiling vents
Gas Heat from the floor radiators
1st floor:

Heat is through floor radiators
FULL office room:
Desk w/monitor
knock-off light :)
