We are a Gold Standard Hotel as designated by the Belize Tourism Board with all the required safety protocols in place.
Come and relax in our tropical Paradise. Enjoy the view of lush gardens from your porch or take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool just a few steps away. You'll delight to the sound of waves breaking or marvel at white caps out on the reef. The Second Greatest Barrier Reef in the world is just a short distance from the shore, and you'll be able to make arrangements at our neighboring dive shops for an adventure on the sea, or beneath it. If you're landlubbers, you may enjoy sunbathing on our private dock or swim and snorkel in our protected area. If you're fearless, try a parasail or windsurf. Music lovers gather in January and February to enjoy the ever famous Jerry Jeff Walker Concerts at The Palapa Bar & Grill just out our beach gate. Be sure to bring your cowboy hat!
We're only minutes walking distance to dining on the beach, shopping in town, tourist activities and water sports. We have the very best location on the Island!
Our condo is fully equipped, and we provide daily maid service. Laundy pickup is available at a minimal charge.

Honeymoon

We chose this place to be close to the beaches and city. Vary walkable. The seaweed is out of control around July. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the pool. If you like a firm bed this VRBO is for you.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpful… picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay in San Pedro

We love having a condo in places we go. This condo was a perfect location for us near the downtown area. Melissa was a great host taking very good care of us! We would definitely come back here.

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Great condo in the heart of San Pedro

The condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Paradise villas even arranged for transfers to and from water taxis or airport. Melissa was great and even had cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. The villa was perfectly located for restaurants, bars, docks, grocery store and anything else we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting and close to everything

Melissa was very easy to work with. The unit is as described. The grounds are gorgeous and well tended. It is close to so many restaurants and launches of tours. We only rented a cart for 2 days to hit Secret beach and do some shopping. Bed was comfortable. Only negative were barking dogs. I ended up sleeping in the living room and we kept background noise of air conditioner to help cover it up. That trick worked. I am a very light sleeper and not the fault of the owner. So many nice people at the condo complex and staff is over the top friendly and attentive. House cleaning and fresh towels and linens were a very nice addition.

Extremely relaxing, conveniently located, well-equipped apartment in San Pedro!

I took a last minute vacation and decided to return to San Pedro. I had stayed at Paradise Villas before and really enjoyed the location so I decided to book this apartment. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry and within a day my reservation was confirmed. Payment was easy with PayPal. I provided the owner with my flight information into Belize City and then into San Pedro. When I got to San Pedro, the property manager picked me up and brought me to the upstairs unit. The unit consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a small galley kitchen and an outdoor terrace off the living room. The living room had a sofa with a futon-type of cushion, a table, a large flat screen TV with cable, and some lighting. There was also a fold out table with some folding chairs that could be used for a small dining area. The terrace had a table with four chairs (a perfect location for drying scuba gear). The bathroom had a bath tub and a single sink. Soap, towels, and toilet paper were provided. The bedroom had a full size (maybe a queen) bed, a dresser and nightstands. There was also a small closet with hangers. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, tumblers, a refrigerator, and toaster. Also, this unit has central A/C! That's not common in San Pedro. It ran quietly and really cooled the place down. In terms of community amenities, there's a large swimming pool with lounge chairs, a small area in front of the main gate with lounge chairs that faces the Caribbean. There's also wireless internet free of charge (ask the property manager for the password). The internet was reasonably fast. There were always staff on site. There's a guard on duty during the day and night. The area is very safe, but it's a nice precaution. Also, you will see maintenance staff on site during the days if there is a problem. The property manager's office is a five minute walk down Pescador Drive behind the units. The staff are incredible. They picked me up from the airport and brought me back to the airport. When one of my bags was delayed, they called the airline on my behalf and stayed on it until the bag returned. Fatima and Glen are the main office staff and they are awesome! The location is fantastic. There are two markets a block away, two dive shops nearby, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It's quiet. There was only noise one night from a party nearby. This unit is great. You will enjoy it!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Villas. It's right on the waterfront, close to many restaurants, stores, dive shops, etc. The property is very nice, the condo is nice although ours had a very leaky window, the property mgmt knew about it as there were towels already on the window sill when we arrived. The biggest issue we had was a no-show taxi on our last day to take us to the water ferry, at 5am. That left us in a really bad position to make our whole travel schedule that day. Annoying. I would stay here again, but I would not rely on property mgmt for anything.

Two weeks of relaxation

The condo had everything we wanted or needed. The complex with the palm trees and relaxation areas was an oasis. There are a lot of newer complexes in the area but none can come close to the overall tranquility of this one. The company in charge of this unit ( Nellies) are fantastic. We would come back again. You do not need a golf cart as stores, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

It all about the Location and the People.

I could write a whole page review on Paradise Villa, but since most people don’t want to read that much, I will leave it short and sweet. Location, Location, Location, & People. You always take a chance venturing to a new location and renting an unfamiliar VRBO, but after 2 days on San Pedro, I knew we had the perfect Location. First, Melissa was wonderful to deal with and was very prompt answering all our questions. Paradise Villa is on the outskirts of the busy part of town, so walking is super easy, and you are just far enough away where you are not subject to the late-night party noise. Everything you need is right there. Grocery Store, Bar/Restaurants, food stands, and dive shops. We rented a golf cart the last 2 days, just to go to Secrete Beach and explore the south side of the island. The golf cart was parked back at Paradise Villa by 3pm the 2nd day as we had more local places to explore on foot. The grounds and staff there were exceptional. I am sure there are other nice places on the island, but for me, I will only stay at Paradise Villa.

It’s (almost) Paradise

This is an amazing property! Best location in San Pedro, beautifully landscaped grounds with a nicely shaded pool, just about five steps to the beach and plenty of restaurants and tour boats. Sweet property with a few small condos, each with golf cart parking and front patio/ deck. Really the best place you could imagine, just steps to groceries and laundry service. Property is half long term residents, half short term rentals. Quiet and welcoming. Cleaning service every three days, 24 hour security. The unit itself needs serious updating. Everything you need is there, it’s just shabby and rundown. Lighting, electric and kitchen supplies could be improved. But with the location and outdoor beauty, it’s a great value. Would stay again!

The property was amazing. Very clean and close to many restaurants and shops.

We rented the one bedroom villa and had a view of the pool. The Palapa Bat was right next to the villa as well as many other restaurants and shops within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for the week but you can walk to many places. I would definitely recommend a trip to Secret Beach. The water was beautiful and it was less windy on the west side of the island.

Amazing in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It really is an oasis on the edge of busy San Pedro. Everything is as pictured. The community is private and well maintained. Our apartment was great and just as shown. Melissa was amazing with her super fast response to every question and she had great recommendations and information. We loved Elvi’s restaurant so much that we ate there many times. A short walk from our room, maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and Melissa’s wonderful help. We also had a great trip to Hol Chan and Reef Adventures was good. Thanks Melissa.
