This well-decorated, ocean front townhouse is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. The living room is a perfect place to relax while watching TV or reading a book. The adjacent dining area seats 4 at the table and an additional 2 at the counter. The well lit kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked. The master bedroom is decorated in relaxing muted, beach tones with a comfy King and chaise lounge. The guest bedroom has 2 Twins. There are 2 televisions, a DVD Player, and a full-size Washer and Dryer for your convenience. So come and enjoy the lovely views of the grounds, pool, and ocean from your balconies while you drink your morning coffee or sip a cocktail in the evening. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and just a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Great Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Our favorite thing was how easy it is to get to the beach and watching the sunrise every morning. We only have a couple suggestions, that are very solvable. We had a few flashing lightbulbs, not able to figure out the cause (outlet, fixture/lamp, bulb). Outdoor table on porch upstairs needs to be replaced. Watch for wasp nest on porches. We appreciate how quickly the the wasp nest was sprayed. House cleaning needs to leave a few more items, such as dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc, especially if guest are staying longer. We did locate housekeepers on the property that gave us more. We loved our stay!!!
