Welcome to Billymoe’s Bungalow in Greenwood Lake. This marvelous property has 3 cozy bedrooms - Master bedroom with a Queen bed, Guess room with a Full bed and bedroom in the back of the house with 2 Twin beds. This home has 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and showers with Eskiin Shower head’s guests will feel right at home. The living room offers a cool space to relax, complete with a comfy sofa bed. Large kitchen with all the coffee you could want. Lake access 1.2 miles away with a private beach. We offer paddle boards and beach accessories.
Key less check in and out, early check in if requested. If you’re looking for wake surfing lessons, tubing , or wakeboarding we can accommodate as well as snowboarding lessons for our winter guests. Charge point EV charger in driveway available for guests for a additional charge $25 per day

This well-equipped home was just what we were looking for. We spent the entire weekend hiking, making s’mores in the backyard and enjoying each other’s company. The added bonus here is that we could bring our large dog along for all the fun. Thank you, Alexis, for a wonderful stay!

Great place to spend the weekend with friends! We went to go to the NY Renaissance Fair and its location was super close and against traffic coming in from the city. Beds were super soft and comfortable and each room has their own AC which was nice to set per each room’s preferences. Would definitely come back next time around!

We stayed to go to the Renaissance Faire which was close by. The ower had private beach access which we absolutely loved. It was located a mile from the house the beach had shade and sun good for the entire family. The water was beautiful, however, I do recommend water shoes since it is a little rocky.I house had a deck to enjoy the sunshine and a patio where we had a little fire. We all had a great time!!!

Wonderful property with a comfortable, laid back vibe! Highly recommend! However, parking is a bit tight so leave the F-250 Extended Cab home!

Perfect for a ski trip to Mount Peter

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The house was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected, making it the perfect home base for our weekend trip to Mount Peter. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My parents live nearby in Warwick and this will definitely be my go-to VRBO recommendation for anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place at the lake.

we enjoyed our stay at Billy Moes bungalow. The property owner was very responsive and receptive to a couple minor issues we had and is working on correcting them. The wood burning fireplace is very easy to use and the owner provided supplies to get it started. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Alexis was a great host and she was super communicative and easy to reach. The house was clean and prefect size for my group of 6. Most things were stocked but I’d reach out to the host in advance so you can buy anything that isn’t ahead of time. One important thing to note is that the driveway can only fit 2 cars and there isn’t really any street parking.

Parking does fit 2 cars but its EXTREMELY tight (hard for people to even get in and out of cars, 2nd car was nearly coming out of driveway). Silverware was dirty, we saw a streaks of food debris left over on some items. Found a bug (upon googling, seemed to be a flea?) under sheets of bed in master bedroom. Sofa bed had a crinkled used tissue on it (was probably not cleaned). There were not enough towels and not enough seats at any table, even though they claim they can house 8 people. We found many strange items from previous tenants including a bag of veggie straws. The house does not have a lake view despite its name. The "backyard" is small, really just a deck with a table. The table had an ash tray with used cigarettes on it. No centralized AC, only fans and 2 window AC units. It was very hot, the kitchen area and the double bedroom especially, as the AC units were far from there. The fans were not enough. The weather was not even a crazy heat wave, just average NY/NJ summer weather. Security system was good though. They claim there's a private beach access but it did not exist/we did not find it. Sleuthing on the map only showed that yes, there are private properties on the lake but by private, they meant WE couldn't access it either. The house is fully not on the lake. No such private beach access. Beach access is a few mi away.

Our family became completely captivated by Greenwood Lake one unforgettable summer, and we never wanted to leave.
We’re passionate about wake-surfing, snowboarding, and outdoor enthusiasts
who love spending time on the water and the mountains. From surfing into sunsets on our boat to hitting the slopes, we wanted to share this special place with other families and children who love adventure as much as we do.
Our cozy bungalow is located just a short walk from a gated lake access and a private beach, complete with bathrooms and a small clubhouse just 1/2 mile down the street. We also run Billymoes Water Sports, offering boat rentals, surf lessons, tubing, or simply relaxing boat rides on the lake.
