New for Summer 2026, we’ve added an exciting Splash Pad that’s perfect for cooling off in the Arizona sun! The fun doesn’t stop there—kids will love our LEGO Imagination Station, enjoy searching for hidden mini-figs throughout the house, and if they find the secret hidden mini-fig, they get to take it home as a souvenir! We’ve even built a shaded sandbox so the little ones can play comfortably all day long.

Just 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is tucked away on a quiet residential street while still being close to everything. You’re only minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Mill Avenue, Arizona State University, Scottsdale Stadium, and just 12 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open floor plan featuring a remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish modern furnishings. The spacious primary suite opens directly onto the backyard, where you’ll enjoy a private outdoor retreat complete with the new splash pad, putting green, bocce ball court, shaded sandbox, outdoor dining area, and plenty of room to relax.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay if you have a big group. Plenty of room, nice amenities and great location in Scottsdale. Hosts were super helpful. We really enjoyed staying at this location.

This house was perfect for what we needed! Lots of open living space, nice outdoor areas, and very quiet neighborhood.

Disappointed

The pictures did not accurately capture the property. While the kitchen in the main house and the studio were recently updated, the remainder of the property needed work: the carpet in all the bedrooms and the rug in the living area were dirty and stained, chairs in the living area had dirty spots, the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken, there were stains on one of the bed pillows and the microwave was dirty. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this property until the issues are addressed.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house bacause of the location close to old town and because of its unique charm. We also love its practical layout that ensures privacy in the bedrooms and enables entertaining in the spacious common areas.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the splash pad and bocce ball court, we have prepared a mini-fig scavenger hunt. Mark off the mini-fig images you find and... when you find the special mini-fig toy - it's yours to keep! We are also every kid who posts a picture of their Lego creation will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 toy!
