Kas Cocoloco-Lagoon is a wonderful, modern and brand new ground floor accommodation with a big pool direct in waterfront, shared by only 6 Villas, for a maximum of four guests. This little individual resort inside the bigger Water Villas Bonaire resort offers more place, luxury and privacy than other accommodations of the main resort. The condo is located on the water of the Laguna Marina, the manmade lagoon with direct access to the Caribbean Sea.
This Bonaire apartment offers 2 inviting bedrooms with 2 queen beds. The cozy space includes amenities like fast Fiberglas Internet/ WiFi and AC in all rooms. Awesome house

The host was very nice and helpful and responded immediately to questions. The house was brand new and met all the requirements. Everything you need is there. The pool is very relaxing to lie down and cool off. I can definitely recommend the house and will definitely come back again.

Great place

Very nice property. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for own cooking. The newest Nespresso machine including cups! Awesome. Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. We enjoyed large swimming pool. You can swim laps in it. It is shared among 6 houses, but only one other house was occupied at the time of our stay, so practically we had the pool to our self's.Location - very close to airport. You can walk if you have to.Air-condition was in every room - including living room.Communication with owner was perfect. Melanie answers within minutes. Highly recommended place.

My name is Melanie and I am originally from Germany. In 2010, I set sail from Marseille in southern France on a catamaran with my husband and our first son to circumnavigate the globe. We then lived on the boat for almost six years and fell in love with Bonaire when we arrived there. Since then, the four of us have been permanent residents of this beautiful island, where we plan, build, and rent out our houses. We love welcoming and looking after our mostly returning and often well-known guests.

Why they chose this property

A perfect place at the water front. Only minutes away from the center of Kralendijk, the main grocery stores, the airport and the several beaches, beach bars and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This unique waterfront villa is part of a mini resort of 6 Villas with own magna saltwater pool inside a bigger resort. After entering the main resort you are inside of a total protected area. The direct water access gives the opportunity to direct reach the caribbean sea and the beaches around.
