Great place needs some renovation

Love the place and in a perfect location close but not close enough to be in all the traffic. Cabin was clean but need to be renovated

Naughty by nature

Nice location with partial mountain view. Cabin is a little worn out and need to hire better cleaning service. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Beautiful Cabin Terrible Management

On our first night we had to sleep without sheets. Cabin did not have sheets, covers or pillow cases stocked. Upon contacting management at 6pm (when we noticed this issue) we were told nothing could be done about that until the next day. Mind you in the mountains there is no store nearby that you can go to buy sheets/covers at that time. So our first night we slept cold/without sheets, pillow covers or anything at all. That really was a disappointing start of our stay. The cabin’s kitchen was not cleaned well at all. We had to clean it ourselves before we could even use it. The cabin itself was beautiful, it just needed better maintenance. Many lights did not work and jacuzzi hasn’t worked properly in a long time. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. You expect better service for that kind of money. Book at your own risk.

We apologize for there not being any bedding for the sleeper sofa, but we did bring some out the following day. We appreciate your feedback regarding the other issues and do wish you would have made us aware of them while you were here, as we would have been more than happy to have taken care of them. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will visit the Smokies again.

Well we got there on a Monday and all was good until we tried to get in the hot tub. Heating element was out. They fixed it. The tv wasn’t working in the bedroom. They also fixed it, but the best stuff was yet to come. When we went to go Get in then bed it was reaking of the smell of vomit. Couldn’t not get ahold of anyone at the office to help with the smell. The next morning we called and they bought us new sheets. Well that didn’t work. The vomit was on the mattress and box spring. Called again and the next day they came and cleaned the carpets and saturated the mattress with cleaner. The bed was so wet that we couldn’t sleep in it. So we tried to sleep on the couch bed and that wasn’t happening. So we had to flip the mattress over and pile mass blankets on the bed all to try to get some sleep. The bed was so hard. We decided to leave a day early because of course I am not sleeping on a hard wet bed. We called timber tops cabin rental to let them know that we were leaving a day early and that we would like a refund for the last night that we did not stay there and of course to no surprise they refused to give us a refund for any of the issues we had to deal with. So we will not be going back there ever again.

Spring break family vacation

The cabin was nice and the location was great. A few burned out lightbulbs as other have stated in their reviews. Check in process was a hassle as I arrived a few hours early and they did not allow for early check in, and when 4pm rolled around they did not call me to allow my check in (they said they would call me). I had to call them and ask (again) for check in. All in all I would stay here again but would not expect to arrive early and check in.

Overall Good Visit

There are a few flaws and updates that need to be made. The kitchen floor is cracked, the lock on the front door needs to be replaced. We had a nice stay and very much enjoyed our trip!

Great couple's getaway

We booked this cabin for a romantic getaway. Everything was perfect though we did have some difficulty finding it. The GPS is no help (which the property managers warned us about). The directions the property managers gave us were a little confusing but we managed to figure it out. Everything was perfect in the cabin. I was under the impression the cabin was more secluded than it is and the parking was a little tight. Check in was a breeze and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

Nice small cabin

Nice little cabin, had all the amenities needed, way closer to other cabins than the expected, and king bed was very uncomfortable.

Great cabin

Lovely cabin and so close to “smokies”, Gatlinburg, and other nice area attractions. Cozy and comfortable, needed a ceiling fan downstairs in bedroom and was missing a grill, but the rest was great!
