This was our first time to the area and we loved it. The cabin was super cute and cozy. We chose to sit on the front porch one evening and got to see a bear, which is one thing I wanted to see! The next morning, we discovered one tried to get in our truck. Not sure why, we didnt leave anything in there to attract it. We will be back!

We loved our stay, it was a WONDERFUL location, near downtown Gatlinburg, but up on the side of a hill with the Smoky mountains right outside! The cabin was nice, had a little bit of dust, but was perfect for us 3.

We had 5 day stay in this cabin and loved it. It was close to many attractions but not too close. We enjoyed our stay and would to come back one day. What a great location and well taken care of cabin.

This cabin was great! It was cozy and rustic, absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t ask for better, there is so many great views and downtown is just about 10 min away! Next time we will need to stay longer!

Couple trip

We had such a wonderful time! This place was so cute and cozy, everything about it was perfect for our little get away! Highly recommend and will hopefully get the chance to come back. It’s not to far from all the fun things to do but also in a great spot to have a quiet night away from all the noise ! Absolutely worth it!

First trip to Gatlinburg

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for our forst trip to Gatlinburg, TN. The cabin is nice and private, and there's a trolly stop very close that you can take into town. I did reach out to Wayne with some questions shortly after checking in, and he was very helpful and got back to me quickly. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Loved it.

Cabin was great. Nice, quiet little community. Close to everything in Gatlinburg and very near Pigeon Forge. Used the hot tub everyday and the pool everyday except the day it rained. Hope to come back next year. There is so much more we want to see and do.

Smelly, Dusty, Hoarders Nest

The owners are clearly VERY proud of this property, but it is most certainly not user friendly and more importantly, it does NOT meet the code of cleanliness. It is disgusting to say the least! This house is so full of so many Knick knacks that there is literally nowhere to set anything down. There is something in every square inch of this cabin. It smells terrible upon entering, you get hit with an overwhelming stench of urine from the upstairs bathroom, there are filthy carpets and a moldy shower. There is soooo much dust in this cabin (our daughter suffered all weekend from this) Cobwebs everywhere because the place has never been cleaned! Once something was set in place, it’s been there for however long this cabin has been standing and NEVER dusted!! The couch is nasty and needs to be replaced. There is not one single glass to drink out of (all plastic, cheap, crappy cups that are all cracked anyway). The king size bed takes up 90% of the space in the common area so there is absolutely nowhere to put your luggage, except downstairs. The kitchen table is falling apart and ruined the shirt of whomever sat in one particular seat. The kitchen again has barely any counter space because of all the crap that is displayed everywhere and the kitchen is most definitely not stocked with items needed to make a meal. The cooktop is disgusting! To add insult to injury, there are roaches throughout this place. We had one on the kitchen table, one on the kitchen counter and one on the up
