Great comfortable apartment

Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back.

We were in Troy to visit family at RPI and this was a perfect stay for us. The apartment was so clean and comfortable - very true to the photos. We loved the unique decor. April was extremely communicative and friendly and responded right away any time we reached out. We loved the location being able to walk to Dinosaur BBQ and the little bars down the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommended to family who visit here often. The only note is that there are fairly steep stairs to the apartment and three stairs down to the bathroom. This wasn’t a problem for us at all but might have been challenging if we had older family members with us as planned originally.
