10/10 Great for families!
This property exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to cook meals. The closet had extra towels if needed. The amenities were a big plus. Both pools were great and being able to reserve the movie room at no extra cost was really nice. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Decent unit
Uncomfortable furniture, plastic drinking glasses, product stickers left on items, no bath mat when getting out of shower, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay. Stairwells were filled with spider webs. GPS kept taking us to a gated area by the property, but unable to get in. After half an hour driving around, finally got information that we have to go from one street name only that was not given to us prior.

Debbie's review contains several false statements and is not an accurate reflection of our property or us as hosts.
First, we have photographic evidence of there being 4 towels in the unit prior to her arrival, not 2, so that is an incorrect claim on her part.
Second, we provide very clear instructions for accessing the property correctly and, after speaking with her, it turns out that Debbie was using the wrong address. I'm unsure how that should reflect negatively on us!
Debbie did not mention any of these alleged issues with the unit or property until after her stay, so I assume she's complaining for complaining's sake after the fact.
For potential future guests, I would not put much stock into what Debbie said, as it seems like she's got an axe to grind.
