This property was exactly as described. Gary was very responsive and helpful with any questions before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property as it is close to the beach with a great quiet location. Everything was very clean and organized and thankful for the entire process. Great communication with the owner through the whole process. We stayed during a very busy time of year on 30A (Spring Break) but we appreciated how the house was off the main road and enjoyable for biking. Good proximity to the beach. Great location, close to many good restaurants and other amenities. A very enjoyable stay.

Great for families

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was a perfect house for our two small children. The pool was great and the accessibility to the beach and surrounding towns were great! Gary was always checking in and was very kind. The beds were very comfortable as well. We appreciate the hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great House

We had a great time, and the house is great. The location is a very short walk to the beach, and the heated pool was great to come back to. We had 4 adults and 4 children, and it worked out great. The location is awesome, and we will be back.
