The place was perfect for 1 person or a couple! There were 2 box fans-- one in the living room & one in the bedroom which was very helpful in the summer heat! Full sized kitchen-- there was a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot (but no coffee, filters, k cups, etc), and a toaster.The only downside was rooster somewhere next door that would start making noises in the middle of the night haha.Overall, good experience and would definitely consider booking again!

The place was nice but it definitely needs some work done . The shade on the bedroom window is insufficient, the shower curtain sticks to you while you’re bathing and the bed is lumpy in the middle and it’s too small for two people . There is a Roaster that wakes you up in the morning and there’s no can opener in the kitchen or coffee filters for the coffee machine. The throw rug in the living room is slippery and the couch is very low to the ground which is hard to get up from. The kitchen had no paper towels and the bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. The location isn’t very good it’s on a busy street where you hear traffic and noise.

It was a nice place. Doors maybe need to be repaired or replaced and there were a lot of extension cords around the house. It seems that the house is a little old and its electricity should be updated.

I booked this unit because of the reviews but let me go ahead and break it down. The location is definitely not the best. Although the house was clean there were some things that could not be avoided or looked over. Number one when you walk in the house it smells very much like old wet wood, there is no couch just a two seater chair so if you plan on relaxing in the living room to watch a movie that’s not happening. The master bedroom‘s bed the legs underneath the bed were broken and bent I sunk in the middle of the bed. Also found a couple of bugs in the bed they almost look like termites. I will say she gave me early check-in but I only checked in 30 minutes earlier than original time and I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and information.
