Designed for comfort and ease, this home features central air conditioning (ductless system) and accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. The first bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, and the second bedroom provides two twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room offers flexible sleeping arrangements. The cottage is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a comfortable living area. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also included.

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard oasis. A nice large deck offers plenty of outdoor furniture, making it the perfect spot for the whole family to relax. Fire up the gas grill for memorable summer barbecues! And of course, the enclosed outdoor shower is essential for rinsing off after a blissful day at the beach. Nice stay in Chatham

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week. Overall, it was fine. Property was a decent location. It is a little outdated and could use some TLC. The hot water tank went on our second day there. Property management and property owners were very responsive and a new tank was installed by the time we got returned from the beach.

Perfect For Us

My husband & I stayed here for the month of July, and it was clean, quiet, and old Cape Cod homey. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but it was so easy to hop in the car, drive down the street, and find a FREE parking spot! When we had a problem with the smoke alarm, the rental company AND the homeowner responded immediately, and arranged for it to be taken care of before we knew it! There is a little park, tennis court, and basketball court at the end of the road, which was a bonus when my grandchildren visited.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location as we have been staying in chatham for many years. We have never had a problem with any of the houses we’ve rented being unclean. Unfortunately, when we walked into the house it was dirty...Not vacuumed or mopped, USED soap bars in both of the soap dishes in the bathroom, garbage in the trashcan in the kitchen, overflowing recycle bin in the backyard, We literally had to spend our first night there cleaning. Every single throw pillow from the couches, mattress pads and blanket from beds was disgusting and put into the closet for the duration of our stay. There is no way that the realty company or the owners had a professional cleaning crew come in before our stay there. If the owners had a professional cleaning crew come through and spent a few hundred dollars on new mattress pads, blankets on the beds and throw pillows on the couches it would make a world of a difference. I do believe at the least, we should be refunded for the cleaning fee we were charged
