The house have Fantastic panorama views over Orkos Bay, long beaches and Paros Island in the background. The house is 65 meters from the crystal clear sea, kilometers of sandy beaches on the entire west side of Naxos Island.
The house is 96m2 builded in Cycladic style. 3 bedooms with twinbeds for 6 people. 2 bathrooms.There are aircondition´s. There are also fans in all the rooms. In the kitchen there is also a dishwashing machine. Mosquito net in all windows in all rooms.
In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine. 2 terraces in the front of the house. The third terrace are on the middle level outside the upper bedroom.There is also a sundeck on the roof. Outside the kitchen there are dining table and chairs plus sunbeds. A big plus is that even on windy days its quiet and calm at the outside dining table.

Paradise

Loved the house and its location. The roof terrace was perfect to watch the spectacular sunsets. Great base for many excursions. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Geirr and Fedra.

Great location, very nice house, highly recommended

Probably the best area to be on the island. The house is very well organized, nice rooms, views from the terraces, and 2 minutes from the beach. The description is accurate. The exchange with the owner was pleasant and smooth.

Wonderful villa

The house is very beautiful and comfortable and well equipped. The housekeeper gave us a warm welcome and excellent service. The closest beach is nice for a short swim/morning bath - but there are of course plenty of full-day sunbathing beaches nearby. Overall we have enjoyed our stay very much and we can only recommend it to other guests. However, we would also recommend to always have a car at hands as it is a long walk to the nearest supermarket and well-known beaches and the bus system is unreliable.

Pour l'emplacement bien sûr qui donne sur une plage presque privé que je connaissais déjà et qui étais une de mes favorites. La vue de la maison est un régal. Un sentiment d'espace et de liberté. Le confort est simple mais agréable. Merci !

Great place for holidays in Naxos

Great location - view from the terrace, short walk to nice beaches. The house is modern and well equipped. Plenty of space outside with several terraces. Air condition in upstairs bedroom and living room / kitchen worked very well (it was very hot during our stay), downstairs bedrooms got a bit warm but were ok to sleep with ventilators and some cooler air coming down from living room. Upstairs bathroom / showers and kitchen are small. Not ideal to prepare a larger meal. Altogether we really liked the place and had a great time there.

Sommer, Sonne, Strand und traumhafte Unterkunft

Dieses Haus hat wirklich eine ausgesprochen gute Lage (Strand und Meer sind fußläufig zu erreichen). Durch eine sehr durchdachte räumlichen Aufteilung , findet jeder hier sein persönliches Plätzchen. Besonders hervorzuheben, ist die wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Haus verfügt über drei unterschiedliche Terrassen. Der Hausbesitzer ist von Anfang bis Ende ein spitzen Ansprechpartner und steht jederzeit für eventuelle Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Great Beaches

The house was comfortable for two couples for an extended stay. We loved the outdoor patio area. We were close to several wonderful beaches. The property manager was most helpful on several occasions and recommended several fine restaurants. The only drawback is the distance from town and the roads.

High recommendations!

We have stayed at Geirr´s villa in Orkos several times, and it has been great every time. Orkos is one of the best locationes in Naxos. It feels like you have the Mediterranean in youre own garden. Peaceful area, but still close to a lot of fun activitis. High recommendations!

lovely place

abbiamo trascorso vacanze meravigliose in questo magico posto! eravamo in due famiglie con in tutto 4 bambini. La descrizione che è stata fatta dal proprietario è assolutamente fedele alla realtà: il posto è particolarmente rilassante, silenzioso, ventilato quindi non caldo, ma anche riparato dal vento forte che c'è stato qualche giorno. Raggiungevamo Plaka o Mikri Vigla in bicicletta (certe volte anche passando dalla spiaggia) dove tutti noi abbiamo seguito dei corsi di windsurf o kite surf...è stata una vacanza piuttosto sportiva! Anche Orkos beach è molto bella ed è appena sotto la casa quindi raggiungibile a piedi, ci siamo andati poche volte solo perchè non c'è il wind surf center, ma è molto bella e assolutamente poco affollata. La casa è molto ben equipaggiata, pulita e comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie... Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma non lo abbiamo quasi mai contattato perchè non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Tornerei sicuramente in questa bellissima casa... a wonderful place,: the description of the owner is asolutely perfect and real. We stayed there with 4 kids, it was very nice because there's a lot of open space. The place is calm, silent and fresh. During the days with strong wind (we had a few) the house is well repaired. The house is well equipped, perfect! I hope to come back in this house in the future!

The best location in Naxos

What a splendid holyday we had in this beautiful villa 14 days last August. Our experienze are that the position of this house is the best in whole Naxos. The villa are located 60 til 70 meter from the beach. To the right in front of the house the famous Plaka beach are strething kilometers up towards Agia Anna. On the left side in front of the villa there are many smaller and bigger beaches all the way to Mikri Vigla beach. The fact that Mikri Vigla beach are famous for wind and wind and kitesurfers there are strange enough hardly any wind outside this house. When the wind are strong i Mikri Vigla , you can have candle lights on the table outside this house. There construction of the house are also very practical. Two terrace on the ground in front of the house . One middle terrace outside the upper bedroom. The nice roof terrace with widescreen views. There ar aircondition in the house and also fans in all rooms. The house does not get hot inside in the summer, this because of the architect construction. We only used the fans now and then as that was enough and more pleasant than aircondition. The livingroom where also the dining room was attached was very nice and cozy. The garden in front and also the backyard with Boganvillas, Orange . Lemonthree, Olianders and Palms was also a beautiful frame to this house. Important also was that Orkos are an villa aera which was very privat and quiet. There was also 2 grocery stores and a bakeri near by. There was also many restaurants near by.

Why they chose this property

The house are placed at the very best location on Naxos island. The house is only 65 meters from the beach. The terrain from the house to the beach is gentle and the shape of it makes it allmost windstill outside the house, even on windy day´s.
The famous windsenter in Mikri Vigla is located 10 minutes walk from the house. Here there are 2 supermarkeds, new bakery, car and ATV rental center. The Orkos Beach hotel also have spa facilities. Close to the house there are many tavernas/restaurants. The house are located in a quiet established private villa area, where there are no construction works or disturbing noises.
The house also have a 50.000.- liter watertank extra, in case water supply from the Island main watersupply, should have any problems.

Our english spoken housekeeper have the house clean and ready for you on arrival. She comes once a week to clean the house and to change bedclotes. Any problems what so ever, she is your contact persons if any problems occurs.
Guests in the house are insured.
The guests to the house will be picked up at arrival and transported to the house, free of charge.The house is located close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. There is possible to walk many miles on the beaches in both directions.
The water are crystal clear. There are no dangerous streams in the sea, so its safe also for kids.
