We met with family for a quick getaway. This place was perfect and easy to find. The property was very clean and well stocked. (Kitchen, Towels, Games). The PAC Man game, fussball table and hot tub were a huge hit. We wish we would have had a longer stay to take advantage of the out door games and fire pit. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Maggie Valley.

We enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and all the amenities. Although it rained we did grill one night. We loved the fire pit and hoped to use it but it rained; however host provided marshmallows which was an added touch. Great stay and hope to stay again.

Excellent home with plenty of space to spread out. Private, yet close to everything. The host was responsive and assisted with our questions. Deer ran through the yard while we were in the hot tub!

Everything you could want and more! House was super clean, the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in (kitchen, towels, blankets, pillows, etc.), very easy check in and out process. Games and hot tub were an awesome plus. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome. Had a lot of activities for the kids to do from air hockey, fooseball, and games. Located near the ski resort making it very convenient and having a fire pit to warm up after. Definitely will like to stay again in the future.

Beautiful home! We stayed with our 6 kids ages 10 through 17. The kids loved the games provided. The hot tub was perfect for the snow storm we had during our stay. I absolutely loved the fully stocked coffee bar which was a pretty unique and awesome touch to the amenities.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this property. We loved that the owners had put up a Christmas tree for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the views from the living room/deck of the trees and mountains in the background was just what we we looking for! The kitchen was fully stocked and made it so convenient for our Turkey dinner! The beds were comfortable and cozy. We especially appreciated the extra touches, like the coffee bar and our adult "kids" enjoyed the game room as an extra bonus as well! There are several cute shops and restaurants near by. We had the most amazing breakfast at Joey's Pancakes! We didn't want to leave!

Perfection! House is centrally located to all the surrounding area attractions and a short walk to downtown Maggie Valley. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and the coffee bar is a nice touch for all our caffeinated needs. We enjoyed the outdoor space and loved roasting marshmallows at the campfire. Kids loved the game room and kept them occupied for hours. House had all the nice touches and looked exactly like the photos. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Comfy beds, responsive host, and another great girls trip! The rain didn’t dampen our spirits! We chatted away the hours, drank coffee, took a dip in the hot tub, and played games all weekend. Parking is limited; we fit one van, one full size SUV, and one mid size SUV barely! There were a total of 6 in our party and while there was room to spare for sleeping accommodations, you would not have enough space to eat or lounge in the living room together with a larger party. Moisture in the home is a concern. The host helped us to get the AC running well while we were there and that helped a lot, but without some additional attention this will lead to problems and could be an issue for someone with allergies or asthma if left unaddressed. The upstairs master did not have a bathroom and going down the steep stairs to potty or brush teeth was a slight inconvenience. It is certainly not handicapped accessible if that is a need, for our party of mom’s and teens, it wasn’t an issue. Teens loved the basement area. The beds, size and layout was great. They did wish the had a seating area or could have angled the tv towards the bed so they could watch it more easily. Not having AC in their room would have been a big issue if the weather hadn’t been cool. The mini split in the downstairs kitchenette isn’t in a place to impact the entire floor. Kitchen was well laid out, had nice appliances, and was very convenient to use. Our trip was great and it was affordable for our trip.
