About this property

Villa Sunshine overlooking Kastela bay

Modern villa with big pool situated under the mountain of Kozjak overlooking Kaštela bay, 10 minutes from Trogir (UNESCO city), and 20 minutes drive from Split. Situated in peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
Villa Sunshine has fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, stick blender, food processor, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), dining and living room (one sofa bed 140cm and one couch) and bathroom with jacuzzi tub on the first floor. Living room has smart TV.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms (1st has 200x200 cm bed, second 160x200 cm, 3rd two beds 90x200 cm which can be combined into one bed, 4th single bed 140X200 and a bathroom (with washing machine). We can provide children accessories if needed: child bed, baby chair, baby tub. Rooms are equipped with two bed settings for each bed and four towels per person.
Whole Villa is air conditioned, there are two air conditioning units on the first floor and one on the second.
Villa has one big terrace on the first floor and three on the second, all terraces are overlooking on the beautiful Kaštela`s bay and town Split.
There is a barbecue place with big dining table in the arbor in the back of the house. Guests can enjoy sitting in the arbor by day with great view on the Kozjak mountain or by night. There is 10x5m big pool near the arbor.
Season vegetable is offered to guest to pick from our garden, we can also provide fresh sea food, fresh meat and authentic Croatian products from local merchants (Croatian products).
Villa has private parking for three cars.
Split airport is 6,2km away from the Villa.
Nearest store and gas station are 450m away.
Beach and beautiful sea promenade is 2km from the Villa, 5min by car.
There is ferry port in Split from where guests can visit some of beautiful Croatian islands (Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Vis, Korčula...).

Lovely accommodation

The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and the garden area and BBQ was stunning. Lovely pool area which the owner cleaned every morning. The house owners were lovely and communication with them very easy. Location wise you do have to drive everywhere but in saying that the Kaštel area has a lovely seaside with plenty of nice restaurants.

Lovely house

The house has everything you need and is very spacious and clean. Pool area lovely and kids swings and trampoline a plus. Host was lovely and very helpful. About a 10 min drive from airport and Trogir. Split about 20 mins. Definitely need a car as not walking distance to anything but very quiet.

Alles sauber! Top Unterkunft!

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern, also zu acht. Dafür war die Größe des Hauses sehr ausreichend. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit der Anlage und des Hauses. Hier würde wir mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und fürsorglich. Wir können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen.

Villa extremement bien equipee et super propre

Excellent accueil de la proprietaire (vin et jus de fruits a l’arrivee), magnifique maison tres bien equipee et super propre, bonne literie, exterieurs tres bien entretenus avec meme du gazon (rare dans la region!), une jolie tonnelle, une grande piscine et un barbecue. On a passe un excellent sejour!

Piacevolissima esperienza. La proprietaria di casa è molto simpatica e disponibile, la casa è molto confortevole ed ha tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più: la cucina è ben attrezzata, la casa è totalmente climatizzata, i 2 bagni sono belli e pratici ed il giardino è la parte migliore. La griglia e efficiente,attrezzata e viene lasciata fornita di tutto,legna compresa, la piscina è molto bella ed ha una doccia con anche l'acqua calda e per i babini ci sono altalene,scivoli,tappeto elastico e un mini cametto da calcio.Il tutto isolato e sufficientemente lontano da altre casa da permettere una totale privacy. E' davvero una bella casa, la consiglio.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter und keine Nachbarn, der Poolparty stand nichts im Weg. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und der Garten wurden jeden Morgen gegen 6.00 vom Vermieter gereinigt, alles sehr sauber. Der. Blick auf die Berge oder auf der anderen Seite auf das Meer - unbezahlbar. Der nahe Flughafen war überhaupt nicht störend. Rundum gelungender Urlaub, allerdings braucht man ein Auto um ans Meer zu kommen, dafür hat man eine Alleinlage.

Fabuleuse maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison avec des amies et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir ! Kruna, nous a très chaleureusement accueillie avec son mari et ses enfants. Elle a pris le temps de nous parler des différentes activités à faire à Split et ses alentours. Elle était aussi très disponible par téléphone si nous avions besoin de conseils ou bons plans quant à notre séjour. La maison est magnifique, très moderne et elle dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Le cadre est top. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

Haus der Spitzenklasse

Wir haben einen völlig entspannten Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren, grosszügigen Haus genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, der Pool ist von der Strasse her nicht einsehbar. In den Schlafzimmern hat es genügend Platz für Kleider etc. Dank der Klimanlage kann man jederzeit für angenehme Temparaturen sorgen. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, einzig die langsamen Kochplatten sind etwas störend. Allerdings haben wir meist draussen auf dem idyllischen Sitzplatz grilliert. Brennholz steht zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind sehr nützlich. Der Pool ist himmlisch, sauber und gross, allerdings auch recht tief. Wir nutzten den beleuchteten Pool auch nachts. W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist hinreissend, Morgen- und Abendstimmung insbesondere. Der Ehemann der Besitzerin kommt meist in der Früh, um den Pool und den Sitzplatz zu reinigen sowie den Garten zu wässern. Dies haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Man kann sich im Bedarfsfall jederzeit an die Besitzerin wenden per Mail oder SMS und erhält umgehend Antwort bzw. Hilfe. Obwohl der Flughafen sehr nah ist, stören die wenigen Flugzeuge eigentlich nicht. Ausnahme war das Wochenende, als der Flugverkehr merklich zunahm. Beim Strassenverkehr gewöhnt man sich schnell daran, dass Ausfahrten auf der Schnellstrasse nur in die Fahrtrichtung möglich sind. Will man auf die andere Seite, muss man bei der nächsten Ampel einen U-Turn einlegen.

A lovely house, very clean, and well presented.

The views front (sea) and back (mountains) were great. Outside area fantastic from clean pool, outside shower (warm), bbq (lots of wood), and nice shaded eating table and chairs. Owner kruna was very helpful (we arrived just before 2200 and a snack was provided), available (on text) to answer any queries, and she organised a boat trip for us (which was great). We were 4 adults and 4 kids and would recommend the villa.
