Verify well maintained and easy to communicate with the hostWould have preferred a condo with proper AC unit, as the one in the condo was quite loud, but overall got the job done. Would recommend for future stays!!

It’s a great location, right between the Pier and Bay. Easy walking to pretty much everywhere in Oceanside. It’s got a cozy patio and living room setup. 10/10 would recommend

We had a great stay at Silver Surf. The condo was comfortable, clean and convenient. Loved how close it is to the center of town and within walking distance to the beach. We certainly will stay here again.

We truly felt like we were treated like family. We had a late night arrival and the host checked on us. Great location. Cozy, homey condo with phone chargers, tea, coffee and sweetener provided. Comfortable bed, hot water and a bath with shower. Lots of extra towels and wash clothes and toilet paper. We felt safe and the property was quiet. We will be back!!

Home Away from Home

House remodel wasn't ready when expected so we needed a last-minute place to stay for another week. We found out the day we were supposed to go home so it was stressful to say the least. Thankfully, the booking and check in process could not have gone better. Because it was so last minute, I was not able to choose the day of as a check in day, but I called the hosts and long story short we were in our place resting comfortably that same evening. We even needed to stay an extra day and that process just took one phone call. The place was very cozy, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was nice and quiet even though it's literally walking distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown Oceanside and its beautiful beach and pier. Would definitely recommend this place and its wonderful, very helpful hosts.

The rental property is very nice. The gate did not work at night to get into our place which was frustrating. But, apparently it was the HOA’s problem.
