This was a great place to stay easy access to everything downtown. Having a code to get into the building and then into the apartment was nice. We felt secure. when we come into town to another fever game, we will definitely book the same place.

Great stay in a super location

We had a great stay in Sean's place - it was a brilliant location for our conference at the convention centre (about 10mins walk), and the apartment was really well equipped. Communication was really clear and timely, and check-in was simple. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Indy!

Excellent location and apartment!

The apartment was just what we needed for our marathon weekend. Close to everything downtown and easy to access, clean and well kept with everything you might need for a long weekend.

A couple things that would have made stay better. 1st the hair dryer needs to be replaced. It only worked on slow and took forever to dry hair.2nd getting the tv's to work. Instructions would have been very helpful to get programing setup.3rd: There were no trash bags.Also, and this is probably totally out of your control but the street noise became a real nuisance. A couple nights it was after midnight before it was tolerable.We plan to come back next year. We will keep your VRBO in mind, hopefully these points will be addressed.

Stayed for a quick overnight trip. Property was close to Gainrbridge and Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy directions from owner to check in. Parking was convenient at a garage very close to apt. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops around the apt. Place was clean and quiet. We had a good night sleep.

This is a lovely condo great if you need to work in the area for a couple of days. It is walking distance to restaurants and in a good area of town. Nice decor and stocked well with kitchen tools. Keurig is great. If you are bringing multiple people, know there is one bathroom. Also, it is solidly in downtown so it doesn't get very dark in the condo at night- doesn't bother me but if you need a totally dark room- that is not possible. I found the bed comfortable and it was pretty quiet. I appreciated the little snacks on arrival. Will definitely look for this place again when I come to work here in the future!
