📝 Need to Know: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for the first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front-door entry and at the back of the home facing the landscaping for security purposes only. No cameras are located inside the home or directed toward private guest areas. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

This was everything we had read about the property to be true. It was close to the beach on the canal. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and kayaking!There are a few things that could be updated on the property, but nothing major.We will Definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family! From the bikes to the kayaks, we always had something to do. The pool and hot tub were great. We ended up renting a golf cart, which helped with driving around the area and parking.

Great house

We had a great time at Villa Champagne. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub! The house was close to everything and was well stocked! Would definitely recommend this house to any family!

Great Stay

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We spent several days in the pool, kayaked, fished, took early morning bike rides to the beaches and coffee shops. Conveniently located close to the village shops and restaurants. We have stayed in Siesta Keys 6 times now and have rented from the cottages twice. We love it here!!

Perfect location!

Great property, 10 min walk to beach and also very close to great restaurants and shops! Lovely pool/hot tub overlooking the canal. The house could use a little TLC in places but we loved having access to kayaks, bikes, cornhole, basketball- lots of recreation for families.

Family Vacation

This property was easily the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the house. They had plenty of activities and games for our 2 year old as well as bikes, cornhole boards, and beach chairs for the adults. We plan to come back to the same house next year!

Excellent property

This is a wonderful house. The pool is large and screened in, which is a luxury. The furnishings are nice and updated. We appreciated the beach toys in the garage and the games in the closet. My whole family loved it!

Beautiful Paradise

The house is simply beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and upon arrival welcoming cupcakes......Pool was clean and refreshing, we rented a boat from the black pearl, was delivered to the home. The cottages staff was exceptional. I will be booking again.
