The house is 500m from the center of Cabris, a genuine French medieval village. You have tennis courts 400m from the house and golf course 3km away. In the center you have 10 restaurants. The house has amazing views, great location, ambiance and a tranquil atmosphere and total quietness.
The house is 6km to Grasse, 23km to Cannes, 40km to Nice Airport and 70km from Monaco.
The property consists of the main house and a separate guesthouse. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, living room with dining space, kitchen and laundry room.
The guesthouse consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room.
We have two more bedrooms on the upper floor that are closed just for us. These bedrooms and bathroom are not calculated in the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus one toilet that we make available for our guests.
Both from the house and from the terrace you have great sea view and hill view. The garden has 4500 sqm and has a lot of vegetation (trees, lawns, flowers) and a private boule court.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, dishes and kitchen utensils.
You have also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have AC (since 2023).
