Provençal villa ideally located in the private domain of the Bastide d'Agay (private access with gate at the entrance to the estate), very quiet, 180° panoramic view of the bays of Agay, Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez and the red rocks of the Esterel massif.<br>All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fully renovated kitchen in 2024.<br>Parking in front of the house.<br>Private swimming pool with maintenance included, open from June to September. <br>Tennis, paddle tennis and circus school at the bottom of the Domaine, all shops nearby.<br>Various walks in the Estérel, starting from the Domaine de la Bastide.<br>Various beaches nearby (Baumette beach, Agay Bay, many coves in the Estérel)<br>Several accesses possible: by motorway (Fréjus - Saint Raphael exit at 20 kms), by train (Saint Raphael - Valescure station at 8 kms), by plane (Nice airport at 60 kms).<br>Sheets and towels not provided. Possibility to rent them on request (about 240€ for 10 people)

Villa with a wonderful view

We had a really nice week in the villa. The weather was hot and about 36 degrees every day. So it was very nice with AC in the bedrooms and the refreshing pool. The bedroom layout was very good and the house didn’t miss any equipment. Dinners at the terrace was wonderful with the sunset over the Agay bay area.

Breathtaking views

The property boasts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea in a very nice classic Provence style home. Great pool area. No HVAC system may be a lack for some people, but plenty of fans in the house instead. Very easy communication with the property owner. Highly recommended.

Värden var mycket hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vid incheckning saknades ett lakan men detta åtgärdades på 25 minuter. För oss - med resenärer mellan 4 & 80 år - var bil nödvändigt. Med så många olika åldrar var det bra att poolen låg en bit från huset. Mycket bra att det ingick ”grill/plancha” som underlättade de stora middagarna!

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht richtig sauber gemacht und roch stark nach Desinfektionsmittel. Hier war nochmal ein kompletter Putz unsererseits notwendig. Wir haben dann den Vermieter darauf aufmerksam gemacht, leider zeigte er sich nicht sehr kooperativ und war eher noch genervt von der Kommunikation. Bettwäsche wurde leider auch nicht komplett geliefert und der Weg zum Pool ist stark renovierungsbedürftig und sollte es mal regnen auch sehr gefährlich. Alles im allen, auch wenn die Unterkunft recht preiswert ist, bedarf es einer Renovierung und es muss dringend an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden

Hello I’m really quite surprised that you’re still mentioning a problem with household linen. You didn’t order any beach towels. On your arrival, to make you happy, I arranged for six towels to be delivered to you in under two hours, and I covered the cost of the service, worth €50. And yet you tell me I’m not being cooperative, even though I answered all your questions within ten minutes! Otherwise, I’m sorry that you didn’t like the scent of the household cleaning product, but you’re the first people to complain about it. Finally, the path leading to the swimming pool, which other guests have described as ‘charming’, could indeed be improved for older people. It seems you still had a good week, though, and I’d like to thank you for leaving the house spotlessly clean when you left.

Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen im Haus von Nicolas verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, das Esterel direkt vor uns. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Bis dahin adieu😊😊
