Walnut Grove Guest House; Mountain views

Perched up above Fountain City, we are surrounded by 360 degrees of privacy with breath-taking views of the Smoky Mountains. Our property is located on 6.5 acres in the heart of historic Fountain City, just minutes from downtown Knoxville. Our cozy and quaint guesthouse has 2 bedrooms that each sleep 2 guests and 1 small bath with a kitchen and living room. We have a queen-size aerobed that sleeps an additional 2 guests and a pack-n-play or toddler cots available if needed. Pre-approved pets are welcome (pet fee applies)Guests are welcome to share the outside common areas including the tennis court, basketball goal, picnic area with fire pit and grill, as well as the Both the patio and covered porch on the main house. Children are welcome to play on the playground. Toddler cots/pack-n-play/highchair/stroller available upon request.

I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!!

Walnut Grove was wonderful - warm, inviting, beautifully decorated, and spotless.Ms. Jackie was such a gracious host. When I ran into issues with the reservation system, she personally went in and corrected the details to make sure everything matched what I was seeing.We arrived very late, and she had the doors unlocked with snacks and dog treats waiting for us - a thoughtful touch that meant so much after a long day of travel.It’s clear she truly enjoys hosting and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome.If you’re ever in the Knoxville area, I highly recommend Walnut Grove. Wonderful guest house

We had a wonderful stay! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need, a long with sweet extras you don’t usually see at VRBO’s. Great communication with the owner. Very friendly and accommodating. My son is already asking to visit again! Beautiful Mountain View’s as well. Thank you for being so gracious and having us.

Adorable cottage

We stayed at this adorable cottage while visiting UT for grad school. It was only 15 minutes away to campus. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed! It was decorated really cute and it felt like we were staying in a cute fairy tale cottage. Owner was super kind and helpful too!! Highly recommend!!

We are an easy-going family and enjoy the simple things in life, like going to the lake, or playing outside in the yard. We love wine, cooking, football (Go VOLS!!!) and entertaining with/for our family and friends. We found our "forever" home in beautiful, historic Fountain City (Knoxville) and we are living happily ever after! Our "forever home" came with a guest house and we are excited to share it with our old and new family and friends!
