The place is unique: location, ambiance and the host!

Due to the unit size, building structure, steps and bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 180 lbs.

The unit is large and nicely furnished; has a queen size bed and private bath; kitchenette + dishes for 2; comes with 40" flat TV. Kept VERY clean. Well manged. You get QUALITY for affordable price!

This furnished Studio will give you the equivalent of any hotel in the area that would charge $110-130 per night.

We mainly serve Military, Health and IT professionals who come to the area for 3-6 months.



Our place is close to the city center. 25-30 minutes from Hershey; 35-45 minutes from Gettysburg and Lancaster.

1 private parking MAY be available; plenty street parking.

HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO" and the "DON'T" regarding parking, trash, electricity failure, emergency procedure and - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay the damage deposit.

3. We conserve energy so avoid excessive cooling (no below 70 / heating (no above 72) and minimizing electricity usage and water as well.

4. You are a guest, and are not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others who are not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be handled by the police as trespassers.

5. House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are: no visitors; maintain clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue / leaks 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfect as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, a spread of bed-bugs was, and remain a major issue. Due to our tight pestesize procedures WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, must assure that your belongings are not infected.
You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Host that serve and accommodate super guests only.
