We were there to move family. This retreat was a great place for us to relax in and rest. Very clean and roomy. The one thing that would have been nice is some toiletries and a few more towels, but overall it was a 10. Thanks for letting us stay. Peggy

Amazing place to stay

It was nice and in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was great, and she help us with everything we needed. I will recommend to my family and friends. Especially convenient to the zoo for anyone with kids.

The pictures are deceiving. You will enter to find a very dirty looking painted concrete floor, Popcorn texture on every wall, an odor of like musk or humidity mixed with cleaning solutions. If you are a husband looking for an awesome looking place in a great area of Tyler to take your family, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I actually contemplated paying for a hotel instead but we had spent too much booking it, I completely regretted choosing this location. I failed my family by making them stay here. It’s a duplex! you can hear the neighbors, and there is no fence that separates anyone, no garage! It’s just not a good investment if you’re staying more than one night with your family. On the other hand if you are traveling alone or with friends it’s a subpar decent place, good appliances, water pressure, and working AC and heat. Too expensive though you can get a great hotel for the same price, closer to all the shopping and dining in Tyler. They make you roll out the trash can to the street on trash day and bring it back up.
