Great location

Great location of the property. We got high floor (25th) with partial view of the ocean. Room is a little small when both beds (Murphy and sofa bed) are made up for sleeping, it was a little tight for 6 adults, but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel anyways. Property had great amenities: rooftop pool, sauna, hot tub, gym.

Nothing like photos, booking not honored

Imperial resort staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, prompt! Yet listing is not what you get, esp the photos - and we were moved to smaller condo at same property from "full" kitchen to "mini", and from 2 bathrooms to just 1, after 2 nights. Booking accepted, confirmed, and charged in full upfront - although the room was not available. Ray called to tell us 50% chance waitlisted room as reserved/paid would open up. It didn't; asked ahead if refund for smaller condo but he said no, only like 10 (I would still have appreciated an effort). Marathon runner - needed kitchen to prepare meals appropriate to prep/recovery...ended up with just a microwave. I would highly recommend this property and staff, yet will book elsewhere or another way next year.
