The house was very spacious and clean. The garage was a little stinky due to the full garbage cans were in the garage. Since it was a hot spring week, it would have been nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evenings. Suggestions:Maybe have patio furniture.More dinnerware, coffee mugs, glasses.Binder with instructions of what is expected, the renters responsibilities (stripping the beds, the towels, removing all foods, etc.), instructions on the TV remotes, the washer & dryer, the Alexa device, garbage removal, placement of cars, etc.

Host was very responsive and laid out specific instructions on everything, which I thought was super helpful. House was clean and in a nice area. House had 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a garage. Awesome house for natural lighting. Just a short drive to the strip as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Nice house good location

The kids loved the projector and the house was nicely maintained. It was 15 minutes to the strip and parking on the street wasn’t an issue because our van was too big for the garage and parking on the driveway is not allowed. The house was comfortable and I enjoyed the mattress. The mattress was not too soft or hard.

We had a group of nine including four children. There was plenty of room for everyone. All the appliances worked great. The beds were comfortable, communication with the owner was excellent. There are a couple things we had concerns about that I addressed with the owner and he’s going to correct them. The property was clean except for the condition of the carpet. This indicates it is not a brand new home, However, the owner said he’s going to replace the carpet. If that’s the case we would be happy to stay here again.
