For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

What to Expect:

• Basic Essentials Provided: Shampoo, soap, and cooking essentials for your first nights.
• Towels Not Included: Please bring your own bath towels.

HVAC System & Climate Control:

• Centralized HVAC System: Operates based on municipal regulations and environmental standards.

Seasonal Operation:

• Heating: Fully operational from October 15 – May 1
• Air Conditioning: Fully operational from May 15 – October 1
• Transition Periods: HVAC adjustments are at the building association’s discretion, based on outdoor temperatures.

Parking Guidelines:
- Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

• White Spaces: Available for parking—please display your permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
• Yellow Spaces: Reserved—parking here may result in towing at your expense.
• Handicapped Parking: Only for vehicles with a valid permit.
• Liability: We are not responsible for lost/stolen items, vehicle towing, or damages.
