Great Delray location SAFE! 2 blocks to the metro, Delray shops, Great restaurants, bars, coffee shop, a Deli, a grocery store, CVS, YMCA, ice cream shops, and a farmer’s market, Bath & kitchen renovation with new granite. Washer and dryer, Dishwasher, WIFI Cable, central A/C & heat. New Samsung stove, Convection oven perfect for cooking your own meals.
A nice private backyard with wood fencing is great for entertaining or a quiet retreat.
