This is the second floor suite of the townhome. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom completely private with a separate door. The only shared space is the backyard and foyer entrance.
When you first walk in, you will enter the living room. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring downtown. There is a luxury king size pull-out comfort sleeper. No more bar poking your back! It has a convertible futon that turn into extra full size sleeping space. It has a Smart TV with a Roku remote and board games for entertainment.

The hallway leads into the first bedroom with a queen size bed facing the TV with a Roku remote. A full size bathroom is across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV with Roku remote. It has an en-suite full size bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels for your convenience. Each bedroom has a dresser and luggage rack so you can unpack comfortably. There is a pack n play for you to use during your stay.

There is a washer and dryer in a separate room in the hallway.

Next is the fully equipped kitchen. It features: a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, coffee, tea, tea kettle, spices, pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, baking sheet, crock-pot, blender, silverware, kitchen utensils, knife block, microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and toaster. The dining area seats 6.

There is a pet basket equipped with a leash, collar, toys, treats, brush, blanket, and poo bags. There are available for you to use during your stay.

The beautifully landscaped backyard has a Weber BBQ Grill and fire pit. Table and chairs to seat 2. There is also a designated grass turf potty area for pets. The fenced in front yard is landscaped with pet turf and has a bench with 2 tables for seating.

The parking is directly outside the back gate along the grey wall. It is reserved so you will always have a spot!

There is a front gate that you enter and go up three steps to the front door. There is a lockbox with your suite number on it with the keys inside. You will then enter the foyer and go up, then two sets of steps and reach the front door of Suite 2. The code to the lock box will be provided to you the day of check-in.

Ring Doorbell Camera: located next to the front door. All audio recording is turned off on the device. No monitoring devices are inside the home.

Guests have access to the second floor suite and backyard.
