Additionally, please note that our townhouse includes a separate basement apartment unit, accessible via a private entrance located off the back patio. Rest assured, the doors between the main townhouse and the basement apartment are securely locked, ensuring complete privacy and security for both units. While you may occasionally encounter other guests entering or exiting through the rear entrance, each unit operates independently, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any disturbances. We'd be happy to help you rent the entire house with basement should that be desired.
