Brand new build- 1-bedroom cottage on main channel with WiFi

Nestled just outside Morristown, this charming cottage features one bedroom with a queen bed and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shower, and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost everything you could need. It has stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Guests will adore this delightful retreat's quaint atmosphere and fantastic amenities.

The cottage is a new build and will be 100% brand new with all finishings. It boosts a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. You will have views of the ships and many boats that use the river. The dock is in. I have added some new pictures .

The $200 dollar cleaning fee is fully refundable if you leave the rental as clean as when you arrived.
