9/10 Very beautiful room and views. Food good. Service excellent and super friendly. Low key and chill environment. Beach access was the biggest problem. Super rocky. Thought I was going to twist an ancient. Some discrepancy as to location description per Vrbo. Walking to anything is unlikely. However everything is still relatively close by cab. More like 30 mins from airport and at least a 10 minute cab ride to the Malecon.

The primary issue with this property is that the location was severely misrepresented, and it significantly affected my stay.The pin drop shown in the listing was incorrect by a long margin. The actual property location ended up being a 15–20 minute Uber ride from where the listing indicated it would be. Additionally, multiple attractions were advertised as being a 5–10 minute walk, which was simply not true. We had to rely on Ubers for everything.I booked this property specifically because of the listed location and walkability. All of my friends were staying in the area shown on the map, and the listing led me to believe I would be nearby and able to walk rather than depend on transportation. That turned out to be completely inaccurate and added ongoing inconvenience, extra cost, and frustration throughout the trip.While the unit itself was acceptable, the misleading location details are a serious issue. Accurate map placement and honest distance estimates are critical when travelers are making booking decisions. Had the location been represented correctly, I would not have booked this property.I strongly recommend that future guests verify the exact location with the host before booking, and I hope the host updates the listing to reflect reality. This experience was disappointing and avoidable with accurate information.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Costa Sur Resort. Our room was exactly as described, and right on the beach, fantastic view of the ocean! We slept to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. The location can't be beat for the views and peacefulness. Staff was excellent. Food at restaurants was very good. Pools were warm and clean, lots of loungers and seating. Wait staff very attentive. Private beach had a breakwater reef that gave a calm area for swimming. The location is NOT within walking distance of anything. There is a city bus stop outside hotel, but we took ubers everywhere. We would stay here again.
Nice private lagoon for swimming. Clear water. We slept with our balcony door open to hear the sound of the surf and to have the fresh ocean breeze.

View was beautiful from the room. Food was good at the restaurant. Room was cleaned well by staff. Bus access at the door to downtown was 10 minutes and very inexpensive. The hotel/time share is dated. Updated room and linens would improve the experience as would a larger pool area and more lounge chairs.
