Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in the hamper located in the bathroom.
Take all trash out to the garbage can located in front of the shed in the driveway
Close and lock any windows that were opened
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ONLY registered guests are allowed on the property.
No glitter allowed in the house, porch or on the property.
If smoking is detected in the home, and/or pets detected in the home or on the property, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.

Lovely little cottage, completely stocked and supplied, clean and tidy inside and out! We loved the firepit next to the river and the proximity to everything Mohican. Lots of games and books for family fun. So comfortable and great wifi, too! We will definitely be back!

A lovely stay!

We stayed the weekend while in town for a wedding. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with treats and other amenities! This was a perfect weekend family getaway as it’s close to Mohican and Malibar Farms. Check in was easy and host was kind and responsive. Would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect. The cabin was clean, stocked with everything you could think of. Our host Stephanie was perfect. Replied to questions very quickly. It was wonderful. I expected to see the wildlife of the area, but never expected 3 separate visits from a beautiful, amazing Eagle! So, so special!

A nice, quiet weekend away. The cabin is very welcoming and stocked with everything you need. Unfortunately, it was a bit too muddy to enjoy the fire pit, so we enjoyed games indoor. The location to see the full moon over the river was stunning.

I have everything to say about this little piece of heaven down by the river. This is the most well stocked kitchen and the games were wonderful. The electric fireplace kept the chill off on the cool evenings.
