Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is near the prime intersection of Tatum and Shea in Scottsdale. Far enough away from the busyness and noise to be comfortable, yet close to all the things that matter. Access to the nearby luxury pool/spa and gym areas for that added level of relaxation.
